Focus on TEAdM to save time while building the system

Rory Vaden in his book, ‘Procrastinate on Purpose: five Permissions to Multiply Your Time’, talks about an important concept of TEAdM, which is Task, Elimination, Automation, Delegation and Me doing it.

If you are doing it, make sure you are the only person can do it, and you must do it in person; otherwise, think about it again, can you eliminate it? Automate it or delegate it? Your goal for the tasks you do today is all for saving your time tomorrow. This is the system to show you how to automate and delegate the entire system without you doing much of the work. My whole list building and Money Making System is built on this concept in mind.

What should you ask when you are building a system

To build a successfully on-line business, you will need a great website and many customers/followers. As Jeff Walker mentions in his book, launch, he said one customer’s email is equal one US dollar per year. Another word, if you have 70,000 on-line customers/followers, you should at the minimum make around $ 70,000 annually.

Therefore, when you start a business, the first thing is to have a system. The first thing you need to know is why focusing online list building is the first thing you need to do to grow your online business. Many authors have mentioned about list building in various eBook. For example, Nathalie Lussier in her book, List Building, suggests answering these questions before you start building your email list.

  •        Do you have a blog or website that you are proud to send people to?
  •        Are there enough people visiting your blog on a regular basis?
  •        Do people join your email list on a consistent basis?
  •        Are you blogging on a regular schedule that feels comfortable for you?
  •        Have you built a network of like-minded bloggers that you can support and be supported by?
  •        Does your blog employ SEO and are the right people finding your blog?
  •        Do you have a social media presence that engages your audience and spreads your influence?

You should own your system

You may already do very well as an affiliate. You sell many things for the product owner, and you have reward with the high-income stream. However, if you want to be successful in the internet marketing long term, eventually, you need to create your product. No matter it is an infomercial or physical product, you need to decide what your niches and focus are on create your product while marketing other people’s product.

I first start by selling other people’s product. The first internet course I purchase is the Google Sniper. You can find it in the ClickBank.com. It is a 100% training course for affiliate marketing. After that, I bought Jeffery Alex’s product, and it focuses on creating your Niche product. There is a training website call Automatic Wealth Network (AWN) that you can join them for $7 one time only. There is another one that is free to join, it is called Wealthy Affiliate, and you will learn a lot of stuff on how to create your website. However, both sites focus more on teaching you how to be a successful affiliate rather than a product owner

Wealthy Affiliate:

You can first start to market low to medium price ticket affiliate program like LL360 (http://goo.gl/8YVYcO), then market the higher price ticket program like Aspire (Digital Altitude).

What is the great low to medium price ticket affiliate marketing system?

1) Price for each sale is normally below $1000

2) The product owner or promotional team gives you a personal coach to teach you exactly what you need to do through a STEP by STEP

3) They give you all the products and sales funnels to promote, so you don’t have to worry about creating products or doing anything technical

What is the great high price ticket affiliate marketing system?

1) Price for each sale is normally above $1000

2) The product owner or promotional team gives you a personal coach to teach you exactly what you need to do through a Step by Step

3) They give you all the products and sales funnels to promote, so you don’t have to worry about creating products or doing anything technical

4) They have a phone team follow up and call your leads to do the selling On Your Behalf which means you can let them figure out the conversions for you

Once you have experiences, you can start to create your own product.

To be a product owner, the very first thing you need to focus on when you are building an online business is setting up your website Backend and Frontend foundation. That means your site, event, forum, blog, video presentation, e-commerce, and so on.  You can get either a subdomain like “yourname.example.com” or your domain like “www.example.com”. It is better to get your domain and host your website so you would have in control of your business

As the last publisher Felix Dennis’s book How to Get Rich (one of my favor book and you should read it) says, how to get rich, says that number 1 rule of the business is that you should own your primary technology. It is okay to have someone host your site, and application while you start your business but many experienced on-line marketers and entrepreneur I know, all have their written marketing program. They either develop their software in-house or outsource, but they own these pieces of software, and they can change the code whenever they feel the need. Also, they sell the right to use the software and charge monthly service for that. It is also called SaaS (Software As A Service). If you are interested in launching your own SaaS Company, please go to my website for more training http://goo.gl/UAGM7y. Please email paul@unlimited-traffic-system.com for your password.

Although SaaS concept is a little out of the scope of this blog, I want you to know that this is a trend of the Internet marketing business. Now a day, an expert or a guru will normally have their own SaaS; they brand to upsell their subscribers and add value to their customer. How do you find the idea, find the programmer to code it and forming a SaaS company?  You might guess right, go to the Up work community (www.elance.com) or the developer community (www.github.com) to find the help. In my next blog, I will show you how to set up your SaaS software company gradually, even though you don’t have computer science or MBA degree.
